We strengthen a profoundly personal, mystical relationship with Baba as the foundation of our life.
We follow daily routine of intensive kiirtan, sadhana, asanas and kaoshiki .
The trainees are also involved in running a kindergarten that benefits 150 children from the local community, to learn the practical application of Neohumanist Education.
You will be joining a community of hundreds of acaryas, now serving in almost every country of the world.
STC Bangalore was established in the 1980s, in an urban area of the city of Bangalore. It has been recently renovated and extended. It includes a kindergarten with 5 classrooms on the groundfloor. It has a small, but productive vegetable and fruits garden, several mango trees.

Didi Ananda Anupama is currently the Shramana (trainer) of STC Bangalore. She was born into Ananda Marga, practicing meditation since her earliest years. She completed Acarya Training in Bangalore in 2000, and is a well-respected, experienced senior acarya, having worked extensively in India, and as the SWWS of Manila Sector. She provides loving guidance to all of the trainees, leading daily sessions on spiritual philosophy and lifestyle. She offers them empowering opportunities to be involved in teaching, school management, fundraising, cooking, pubic speaking, pracar and service activities. Her vision is to help each trainee discover their unique gift, to have a voice and to be resilient with a strong devotional connection to Baba.

If the desire to love, serve and be His Didi grows, then with the recomendation of your acarya and the joyful support of the whole community behind you, you can enter WT training. WT means "whole timer" one who is giving this whole of this one small life to Baba. Begin a deep journey of transformation. Receive tools, inspiration and energy to build a better world.
The essence of WT training in Ananda Marga is to let go of our small ego and allow our mind to become internally dyed with His color and vibration of infinite love. The goal is to become a pure instrument of His love expressed as selfless, continuous service mindedness.
In the classical tradition of a "Gurukul" you will learn not just through classes, but rather through the daily discipline of living in community and following a strict routine.
Pass exams in Conduct Rules, Spiritual Philosophy, Prabhat Samgiita, PROUT, Bengali, Sanskrit and English. The curriculum is not standardized, but rather the pacing is individualised to your own unfolding journey. Exams are done in Gurukul style, with the examiner looking not only at your objective knowledge, but testing your internal surrender.
You will finalise your training in Ranchi, where after several years of developing the right mindset of surrender and service, you at last take your acarya oaths and offer your life with full dedication. Only then, will you be ready to be initiated into the secrets of how to impart personalised spiritual practices.
You will receive your acarya dress as tattvika or brahmacarinii. Be sent where help is needed. Your mission: support people physically, mentally, and spiritually, helping them find true fulfilment and happiness.
Tattvika stage: you can teach Nama mantra individually and work in the field under the guidance of a senior acarya. You wil wear a white sari and belt and orange tunic and veil.
Acarya: you can impart full initiation into all six lessons of Ananda Marga sadhana. Uniform is the same as for Tattvika. Often Acarya and Tattvika training is done together.
Avadhutika: you learn Kapalika sadhana, take additional vows, receive a new name with the word Ananda in it, and wear the full orange sari and belt. You will be invited to Avadhutika training after some years as Acarya, impactful service, and inspiring others to go to WT training.
This lifelong journey, from beginning to final training, usually takes 4-5 years, depending on your readiness.
